アメリカ先住民族から伝わる人工的なものと自然環境の考え方を保持し、かつ発展させる現代美術の試みを検証する。タイトルの三つの言葉は、南北アメリカの先住民言語でもっとも使われていたケチュア。それぞれは複数の意味を持ち、パチャ（Pacha）は、宇宙、時間、空間、自然、世界。 ヤッタ（llaqta）は、場所、国、コミュニティ。 ワシチャイ（Wasichay）は、家を建てたりすること。 本展で紹介する７人の中堅アーティストは、アメリカ、プエルトリコを活動の拠点として、ケチュア、アイマラ、マヤ、アステカ、タイオなどを含む、メキシコや南アメリカの先住民から継承されるコンセプトを探求している。（林玄一）
